Now is Autumn, these days I'm really feel cold when the cold air and wind blowing to me. Let this long-lost lunchbox as warm up and welcome me go back to the Midnight Kitchen!

Because of too many things happened these days (from July to October). It has been a long time I didn't cook at home as diligent as before. He told me "School lunch is not delicious, let's cook a lunchbox for kids!". So we bought lots of beef and vegetables and some ingredients to cook Braised Beef Soup and Beef Curry this weekend. I remembered that Saturday night, my son's excited expression. He's looking forward to Sunday's dinner-Beef Curry Rice and Monday's Beef Curry Lunchbox.

11/01 暖身便當，啟動 。
因為很多事接踵而來，廚房不覺已經停伙好久，週末上菜場時他說「星期一幫孩子帶便當吧！」～於是直接採買了好些牛肉，跟自售小農買了適用青菜等食材，在家滷了些紅燒牛肉，也分一些煮鍋牛肉咖哩。我還記得星期六疲憊得從補習班夜歸的兒子一進門就聞到紅燒牛肉興奮的表情，還有他聽我說明天晚餐回家吃咖哩飯的雀躍，那天晚上他洗完澡後還真等到一碗牛肉麵後才睡覺，星期天晚上吃牛肉咖哩飯，星期一一併帶了牛肉咖哩便當。
今天的便當很簡單，有星期天在老家菜園現採的高麗菜、紅燒牛肉、外帶的客家小炒，佐白飯。
入秋了，這幾天真的感到涼意了，這久違的便當就當作復出深夜廚房的暖場吧！
