"Today's lunch is very simple." I said yesterday. Because it was really effortless ~ only cooked Rice, Fried Cabbage, cooked on weekend's Braised Beef, and take away meal Hakka style Fried. But because the dishes goes well with rice, let us feel that rice is too less!
No main dish is today's feature, simple also. We have : Beef Curry, XO Sauce Fried Cabbage, Egg, Cast Iron Corn Cooking Rice(cook by Cast Iron Pot), the dishes on an equal footing (because my kitchen just return to work few days). And in the ten days future will see Cabbage every day, it is planted by Mother-in-laws (full with plenty of love).
One worry about cooking at midnight kitchen is : I cannot put Lunchboxes into fridge immediately when I cooked done. Because all of the dishes needs some time to cool them down. If I took hot food into the fridge I think those lunchboxes will go rotten very quickly. So I have spent some time to waiting for, and then I will sleep late. He worried : We eat healthy food but lose my healthy body. hehe :

For ten days we will see Cabbages every day in our lunch boxes which was planted by Mother-in-law (with plenty of love).
One thing I worry about cooking at midnight kitchen is I cannot put Lunchboxes into fridge immediately when I done my cooking because all of the dishes need some time to cool them down. 11/02 沒有主角的便當
昨天說「今天的便當其實很簡單」是因為真的不費力~只煮了飯、炒了高麗菜,再配上週末預備的紅燒牛肉、與重新炒熱的客家小炒,不過因為菜都太下飯,一時覺得飯太少!
今天的便當是沒有主角的便當,有牛肉咖哩(肉已少)、XO醬炒高麗菜、滷蛋、鑄鐵鍋玉米炊飯,各味菜平起平坐(因為廚房才剛復工,魚呀肉呀都還沒補齊),而未來十天內應該每天都會見到游阿嬤親手栽的愛心有機高麗菜。
深夜廚房做便當唯一稍微苦惱的是:裝好熱飯熱菜之後便當不能立即收入冰箱(怕餿掉啊),還得花點工夫待涼,有時一等就晚睡了,殊不知「晚睡」其實是後來被下令停工的幾根稻草其中之一,因為他擔心我飽了大家肚皮,卻飛了自己的健康!
