When cycling to work this morning, suddenly I think about one funny thing... when my son opened the lid of lunchbox then he's very stunned! He felt stunned ~ not because of the food too delicious, or unpalatable then felt angry, but ~ it cause by he took the wrong lunchbox by accident that it had contained one thing he's hate to eat in the box, but he had to face the fact. I think... he will be eaten his lunch, but here no his favorite Braised Bean Curd in it.. hum: (
I've been a long time not cook Fried Pork Chop, so really so happy to do it again today. But I think... maybe because of I'm not to control timing well, so the first Pork Chop is overcooked (it get a deep black color, looks unpleasant) , then I simply annihilate the evidence (it means I eat it!... OMG ... The Pork Chop is very tender...), match with some Radish soup for dinner is really too satisfied.

It's been a long time I didn't cook Fried Pork Chop, so I was really happy to do it again today. But the first Pork Chop I made was overcooked. I thought it's maybe because I didn't have good timing of cooking it well (it's got a deep black color, looks unpleasant) , then I simply annihilate the evidence (meaning I eat it!... OMG ... 11/08 排骨便當
騎單車上班途中我腦袋中閃過一個兒子打開便當蓋然後嚇到彈開的畫面，不覺噗哧一笑！他會嚇到～絕對不是因為好吃太感動，或難吃而生氣，只是～誰叫他領錯便當，把有三杯杏鮑菇那盒領走了，個人做事自己擔... 捶完桌後估計他還是會吃便當，只是沒了他的最愛小豆干，嗚嗚 :(
久別重逢的豬排醃好了，趕緊炸上幾片入菜，一時心喜頭一片炸得太上火，索性在鍋邊就直接湮滅證據（吃掉的意思！而且... OMG... 這回買的里肌質地真是好吃到爆... ），再配上一點蘿蔔湯真是太滿意的晚餐了。
